I see by the pages on South Ribble Council, that full agreement by the council and the government was made in April last year. What's happening next, then? Why haven't the bulldozers been released from their cages?!

the council has started on hough lane - hooray its only been 15 years since they last did owt!
anyroad mustnt be negative at least somethings getting done now
i'm looking forward to the improvements and to them making the market bigger
we must be positive and support our town

Have you seen what the councils doing to Hough Lane ?
Its GOOD! I mean (shock horror) its really good.
Thank goodness something positive is happening - can they do the rest of the street now please?
