Frank, As a former Motorhome enthusiast, I can assure you that you would be most welcome on the Isle of Man, there are quite a number of camp sites. I usedr to go over once or twice a year, still do as a matter of rfact but these days stay with my son and his family.

Whist you can take a motor home over to the I.O.M they don't allow caravans sadly or at least they didn't when Frank raced there in the seventies

Mick. the TT is still up and running. The date for this year events are between 30th May- 10th June.

Shuffy. The Maqqnx have never straqted that caravans are not allowed on the Island, It was the Steam packet wouldnt allow them on the boats. They are now carrying caravans over to the Island. The TT, Grand Prix and the Southern 100 races are still held, along with cycle races and Touring cars.

Crikey Mick, the day the TT ends, the island will die. They rely heavily on the tourism the various road races bring in.

It's the bridge across the Atlantic that I'm waiting for! Despite having worked for Boeing for nearly 30 years, I've sworn off air travel because of the ridiculous security procedures.
