It's the profiteroles John, every one had had the top individually coated with chocolate before being placed as you see it. I think anyone eating it all might well have had a heart attack, but the 3 I had were fine.

Interesting choux pastry recipe.Certainly a long time favourite ingredient in Leyland cake shops from what I have been told.Profiterole montage a very traditional celebratory dish.

This is the menu of my favourite place. Yes, it's a chain but their steaks are second to none. I usually have the prime rib.

Hi John, good prices @ Texas Restaurant,a bowl of Texas Red Chili for $3.99 looks like good value. Couldn't open the url so googled Texas Roadhouse and looked at menu for Brockton Massacheussets.[Smile]
